Founder & CEO, Everest Mode & Everest Attitude - Inna Aldushenkova.
Inna began her career alongside French couturier Jean Claude Jitrois, where she immersed herself in the world of luxury fashion. She was soon recruited by Barbara Bui to develop the Eastern European market — a region she quickly turned into the brand’s top-performing zone, building a network of 90+ points of sale and achieving €8M seasonal turnover.
Her expertise led her to roles with Tartine & Chocolat and Junior Gaultier, where she launched mono-brand boutiques and managed strategic growth in premium childrenswear.
In 2011, Inna created Everest Attitude, which, in 2023, became the birth ground for Everest Mode in Dubai, expanding her vision globally. Today, she leads a distribution agency that connects European fashion brands with key markets across Central Europe, CIS, Baltics and Russia, offering a tailored and results-driven approach.
